Change Category Archive Format to Bulleted List

How would I format the code for my categories.php in order to change it so it outputs the title and comment as a bulleted list?
It currently outputs like this:
https://www.textbooksolutions.org/category/chemistry/mcmurry-organic-chemistry-7th-edition/chapter-6/I would like it to output like this (straight html): https://www.textbooksolutions.org/chemistry/mcmurry-organic-chemistry-7th-edition/
