Is there a way to change chat button label(text) from “Help” to something else?

Hi @milossh !
You should be able to change the button label by updating the widget settings within Zendesk Support or Chat.
You can do so either here:
https://(yourzendesksubdomain).zendesk.com/agent/admin/widget
or here:
https://(yourzendesksubdomain).zendesk.com/chat/agent#widget/appearanceThanks,
