What would be the CSS file that you would recommend me to edit for the plugin? or theme? Thanks

In the theme you can put CSS in your style.css file.

I understand that in my main theme of my website in my styles file, but what would be the code or element, class to insert to change it?

.wHelp__popup–header .info__name -> This class is for agent name
.wHelp__popup–header .info__title -> This is for popup subtitle (Typically replies within a day)
.wHelp__popup–content .current-time -> This for time
.wHelp__popup–content .sms__text -> This is for default message text
.wHelp__popup.avatar-inactive .wHelp__send-message -> This is for submit button.
