Change Circles on front page to squares

Thanks very much, I tried that but I think it’s not what I am looking for. You know the round circles on the front page that when you put your mouse over it, it gets bigger? That is what I would prefer to be square and not a round circle. Hope I have explained myself better. Thanks very much for you help. Shelley

Sorry for a delay in my response. Thank you so very much for helping with your snippet. It worked like a charm and is perfect except the size. Is it possible to make the square bigger? thank you again…I spent so much time trying to change it and your css resolve the issue perfectly.

I figured it out by reconfiguring the numbers in the css that you sent. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks again for your help.
