Change color

  • Hello. I am sorry if this question was already asked. I tried to search and did not find it.
    Is there any way to change the color of the subscription box (frame color) and Enter your email address… text? Currently these elements are black. I’d like them to be grey. I can change the Css code; I just can’t find it.

    This is covered in the FAQs but I can understand how it’s not easy to find.

    The easiest way to apply some site specific styling to Subscribe2 is to use or define a class for Subscribe2 to use.

    In the Widget this is simply a case of opening up the Widget settings and entering the class name in the settings page.

    For the shortcode on a page, have a look at the Text view while editing your WordPress page and find the Subscribe2 shortcode and then put an opening div tag before the shortcode and include the class parameter with the appropriate name and make sure to put a closing /div tag after the shortcode.

    You may also need to define the styling you want to be applied on the style.css file of your theme.
