Yes, you can use CSS.

For the Delete Account tab in myaccount page:

.woocommerce-MyAccount-navigation-link--wpf-delete-account {
 color: red;
}

For the button inside it:

.wpf-delete-account-button button {
    color: red;
}

Add the CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

But I’d say that CSS should work. You can add !important and try.

 color: red !important;

.wpfda-delete-account-container button {
    color: red !important;
}

Thanks for sharing the site URL. Unfortunately, it looks like the CSS is inherited by JavaScript in your theme. I’d think that it isn’t possible to override the CSS. You might want to contact your theme support and check for that.
