Change color for hyperlink fonts when hovered above

When ever I hover onto link/headers in footer section of homepage, I get a black color which is same as header color. I tried changing color for links in footer while they are in focus but I’m unable to do that.

I found that “headings color” option in Customize->Colors also changes on-focus color for links in footer which I don’t want.

Basically I want on-focus color for all links in footer to be the way it is on auberge demo site without changing the color for other headings which I want it to be black.
