Change color for link hover

Try this

.navigation > li ul a:hover,
.navigation > li ul .sfHover > a {
    color: navy
}
.navigation > li > a:hover,
.navigation > li.sfHover > a,
.navigation > li.sfHover > a:active {
    color: navy
}

in your custom CSS box under Customize-?Additional CSS
