Change color of event text

Try out this css:

.tribe-events-calendar .tribe_events .entry-title a  {
    color: #000;
}

Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

In general: how is it possible that a text belongs to which class(es)?

I looked at the source code through by Firebug and tried some different selectors to get it.
