change color of nav toggle help?

    I am trying to change the color of the three dashes used for mobile menu, i think its call nav-toggle???
    Ive tried searching for nav-toggle in css and changing color code from black to red but nothing seems to work. Where can these dashes color be changed?

    Duh. forgive me. Im looking all over the css and trying to use code inspector and its right under my nose in customize, theme options, header. My apologies.
