I would like to change the font size of the titles in the grids layout (=show smaller titles so that they fit in one line) ; can I do that in CSS or should I change some php too?

Oh, problem solved with the following:

.tc-post-list-grid article .entry-title {
    font-size: 1.2em;
    line-height: 31px;
}
