    Hey QSM team!

I have built a quiz that has no correct or incorrect answers, it’s just to gauge moods and acquire feedback. Yet, in the notification e-mails, the answers provided by users always appear in red, with an X in front of them. Screenshot:

How can I change that colour? I tried some inline CSS:

    <p>Gegebene Antwort:<br>
    <span style=”color: #222222 !important;”>%USER_ANSWER%</span></p>

No dice. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Sumit! Thanks for your quick reply ?? Unless I’m overlooking something, the survey feature does not allow for a points system, which is integral to the questionnaire we’re building. We need to assign point values to the answers for each question to gauge average sentiments across ranges of participants.

    Hi Matt,

I need to discuss this with my development team. Hopefully, I will get back to you with the solution.

    Awesome, thanks!

Hi – I have the same issue – I need to do a quiz, however the results in the user email which come back are all red with a x in front… is there a solution yet to show correct answers as green and incorrect as red? I could do with this asap. Many thanks

    Hi @blenki101

As I discussed with the team this issue will get resolved in the upcoming release. Please let me know if you need more help.

    Hi Matt,

This issue is fixed in the latest version. The qsm_results_css_inliner filter allows you to add the inline CSS of responses in emails.

You can check more details in the below-given link. Let me know if you need more help.
