I’m trying to figure out how to change the color of just part of the text when I want in individual posts. Is there a way to do that? My website is overallgirl.com and I’m using the Coralis Theme. Thanks.
To clarify- most of the text in each post will be grey/black like normal, but sometimes I want to have part a post have wording in a different color like red or something. Thanks.

  • unless the theme forces to text to be a certain color, you should be able to use the text color dropdown (capital A with fat underline and dropdown arrow on the side) in the visual editor when writing a post.

That’s funny my visual editor box doesn’t have options like that- just a bold/italic/strikethrough. Is there a way to get these other options like text size and color? I thought it was kind of weird that I couldn’t customize at all.

in the visual editor tool list top right there is this ‘show/hide kitchen sink’ button (the one with two row of dots); try and click this to show the second row of tools

Ah. Thank you. Don’t you just love working with people who miss simple things like that? To my credit though I’ve learned how to make adjustments in CSS to change quite a bit of my two sites. Thanks for your help.
