Change color of top bar on portal

If you’re talking about my theme, then you can do it with the following CSS:

#page {
    border-top: 5px solid #2A8FBD;
}

Just change that color to what ever you’d like. You can either use a child theme or use the custom CSS editor in Jetpack. Either will do the trick ??

The class you’d have to edit is named #page.
Just change the border-top values as you’d like to.
The standard values are
border-top: 5px solid #2A8FBD.
