The game is designed to work with any background color.

But if you want, you can also change elements with CSS.

Example: #dino-outer {background: #f66542;}

How do I change the dino sprite and all the other image colors? Is there a specific sprite editor to use or what?

For that you just replace the image files using any image editing software.
