Change colors in Dyad theme

I have wasted too much time trying to solve this myself as I’m no expert and only have this recipe site as a hobby. I’m hoping the brilliant minds here can help me. There are two things I’m trying to do:

change the teal color in the border above the tagline “Happiness is Homemade” on the homepage banner to #288739

change the red color of the flourishes on each blog page (above the social sharing links and the dot above “previous posts”) to #f46a5a

I don’t have any color settings available when I go to APPEARANCE>CUSTOMISE otherwise I’d change them there.
