    Changing things like styling and color can be done very easily with some additional CSS code. In your case, I would suggest to add

    .tablepress th,
.tablepress td {
  color: #333333;
}

    to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress.
    That will change the color to (almost) black, to change the default theme color, which is white.

    And thanks for your rating and review of WP-Table Reloaded. I’d be very happy, if you could do this for TablePress as well, as that will hopefully help me in getting more people to switch from WP-Table Reloaded to TablePress more quickly. Thanks!
