Change colour of link and hover text

Do you have a section of the dashboard named, “Custom CSS”, “Custom Styles” or “Jetpack”, or are you using a Child Theme?

I am not using a child theme.

I can’t see anything you suggest in the Dashboard.

Can you provide a link to an example webpage that has the hover text you want changed?

The link text is in blue, but the hover text is yellow and underlined (i don’t like it)

Have you cleared your browser’s cache?

I have a plug in called Quick Cache which allows me to dump cache as I am working.

I am also formatting my site for the Iphone and Ipad at the same time as working on my lap top, so watching my site on two devices, and they both look the same….

i have only changed colour references in the stylesheet, so I can’t understand why the links would disappear…….

Well i have had issues with that before, but thought the cache dump plug in might help.

Yes it was a cache issue, the fact that two browsers were showing the same wrong information didn’t help.

Also, me choosing black text and white hover text (when experimentting) didn’t help. The links were there, you just couldn’t see them.
