Change Comment Font ??

In general terms you will likely need to make edits in your style.css file but a link to your blog would be helpful with providing specific suggestions.

I wish I could read the script I would feel much better making a suggestion … as it is, you could try adding to the end of your style.css file something along these lines:

.comment p {font-size: 24px;]

… adjust the 24px to a number that suits your tastes.

The general font sizes appears to be affected by the styles around line 1000 (give or take a few lines) in your style.css file if that helps more.
