Thank you. Where do I apply this CSS? In the theme or in a proper field inside CF7?

In your theme’s CSS file.

Elementor only allows me to add CSS with their premium version. I added the CSS into the proper field inside the plugin Contact Style for Contact 7, CSS Editor. However, the button at the page still turns blank on hover. Please, any ideas how to solve this?

There are some elementor addons available that provide styling options.
