I am using Beauty Bling theme and am trying to figure out where in the CSS to change the content background color. Normally I think this can be found at body { but I’ve tried changing the color code at just about everyplace that looked possibly right. To be clear, I am not trying to change the background color. I know where in the CSS to change this.

I also do not know how to change the rollover text for the home, about and contact buttons in the theme. They all continue to say “home” even after editing those pages correctly.

    Help! Thanks!

I’m not sure if adding my css to this post is overkill so let me know. Thanks

In general, overkill. Since you provided a link to your blog, those who could help can easily scoop up the CSS from there. ??

Any ideas Handy Solo on where to change my content background color?

Quite commonly the background color is set up in the selector of the outer container. Commonly #rap or #page.

To clarify, I dont want to change the weblog background color. I know how and where to make that change. I want to change the background color of the main content. I do not have a #rap or #page in my CSS. Is it possible for the theme’s editor to not have defined the color for the main content at all? Right now its showing as white.

    Your selector is #container

I tried changing it there but no go…I’ll just live with it. Thanks for the reply though!

Press Control +F5 after a change.
