Change cost in PO

    Hi,

    How can I change the product cost in purchase order without update the cost of product?

    Sometimes cost may changes from supplier for special offer and only one time offer, so we have to change the cost in PO but no need to update the cost in product

    I am meaning that change the cost of product directly or manual input the cost of product
    not apply discount on the cost

    Hi @chris-yau

    The purchase price of the product is not saved to the product if you don’t use the “Set Purchase Price” button there.
    So you can adjust the price on the PO item as wished and that won’t affect the product (if you don’t want to).
