I am sorry for the late answer, I had some personal problems to take care of.
To remove the delay, edit /Sections/our_team.php and delete this from everywhere:
data-scrollreveal="enter left after 0s over 0.1s"

Thank Marius, this is what I was looking for.

Hii Guys,

I do have on foundingmembers.hirecreativeindustry.com a bug on the our team section.

Basically when you scroll it doesn’t load the our team section straight away but later after other two site origin rows.

What do you think could be a solution?
