Change currencies independently of each other

Hello,
I have downloaded your plugin and it works just fine – except for one small issue.

The site that I have set up is a multilingual webshop one with both Danish and Swedish language (Polylang). The products are set up as translations of each other to keep the stock the same instead of correcting the stock for each product when selling one. Problem is that the prices change as well when edited. I.e. if I change the price for a Dansih product the price for the correlating swedish product also changes even though I have set the currency to Swedish kroner. How can i set the swedish currency for the swedish products without effecting the danish ones?
