Change currency code to Google-supported currency

  • Hello,
    My currency in WooCommerce is “IRT” and Google Analytics does not support it. Is it possible to change currency code(“IRT”) sent from Tag Manager to Google Analytics to dollars?

    Hi,

    This is currently not possible with GTM4WP, what you could do is some JavaScript “magic”. You will need to catch the ecommerce object in the data layer using a custom javascript variable and return an updated content with the new currency and use this variable in your GA3 event tag.
