Change dashboard icon

Hello folks, I’m trying to change the dashboard icon but I’m not achieving what I want to with any technique I’ve tried so far… I expect do that without a plugin, can anyone help me ?
P.S.: I’ve found many ways to do that on the internet but most of that are for old WP versions and didn’t work with me…
