Change Database to Back Up One

  • I had problems trying to get 2.8 installed and had to re-install 2.7.1

    The back up database I have in .sql format and when I upload via phpadmin I still get the default wordpress dashboard with none of my posts. My plugins and themes seem to be there what can I do?
