Change default category

Is there any way to change the default category in a portfolio?
For example, when the page loads, instead of automatically being categorized as “all,” you can set it to display “My Category,” etc?
Perhaps this could be accomplished by including a variable in the short code?
Something to the effect of [huge_it_portfolio id=”1″ category=”My Category”] ?
