Change default NEW product badge

In this case, you’ll first want to find the plugin that’s adding the NEW item badge since this is not being added by WooCommerce.

You can then reach out to the plugin authors of the badge plugin for assistance on how to modify the duration of the badge.

Oh it does not? OK sorry than I did not know that. Well I have no idea which one is doing it ?? But at least I know I need to look for it.

No worries about it. You can investigate by deactivating a plugin at a time till the badge disappears, that way you will know if it is the cause. In the likely chance that your theme is adding the badge, you can try changing to one of the default WordPress themes and checking if the badge disappears. Either way, you should be able to find the one adding the badge.

To avoid affecting your visitors/customers, you can do this investigation on a staging site. If you don’t have one, you can create it with this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/
