Change Default Suggested Quick Questions

    I expected that, when a user starts a chat using the WordPress Plugin on our website, that the initial “Quick Questions” (suggested, default questions to start the conversation) would pull from our FB Page’s FAQs. It does not. It seems to be a generic set of questions that I would prefer not to use. Is there a way to customize these or remove them?
