Thank you for the link. However I do not need to change the entire upload directory for WordPress, instead I just need to change the directory for the frontend uploader plugin so that the uploaded files are separate from those uploaded by wordpress media library.

Is there an easy method to do this? If not, I am comfortable editing the php itself if you could point me to the right files.

I still need help on this. I figured it would be best to use an after upload method as indicated in the FAQ to move said files to another upload directory. However I cannot seem to locate any documentation on how to copy a file from one location to another, given only an attachement_id. If anyone could help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I’d be interested to know this also.
Could the attachments uploaded with the FrontEnd Uploader be put into their own special folder?
    Thanks!
