Do you mean the site that your profile links to> If so, that can also be changed via the Edit option on your profile page.

Your username cannot be changed, I’m afraid. Not even by the forum mods/admins.

But can I change my E-Mail an let the profile getting inactive and then create a new profile?

Absolutely. That’s usually what we suggest when people want a different username.
