Change Distribution

Hey! This time I think I’m asking something a bit difficult but I think some of you guys can deal with it. I’d like to change the distribution of the circles to this: https://ctrlv.in/288184 and even add the line. If someone could do this I’d really appreciate it!! Thank you so much.
