Change email address JetPack subscriptions come from?

I’m guessing this is not possible, but like I told someone else, if you never ask you never know.

I use the JetPack plugin on some of my sites for things like allowing visitors to subscribe to the blog via email. Recently someone said, “Do you get the emails I send you?” and I said no and asked how he was sending them. He said he clicks reply on the email he receives when the blog has a new post. That email comes from donotreply@wordpress.com so when he sends a reply to that email address of course I do not receive it. Is there a way to change that address? I’m thinking not, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
