    Hello,
    I am trying to change the email address of a ticket so I can reply to a user.

    Sometimes people forward emails to the support system to auto generate a ticket but we need to replace this with the users email so we can reply back and keep them updated.

    I can’t see anyway to change an email address ?

    An option to change the email address of a ticket is an interesting feature. We have added this to our feature list.

    We will discuss this with the dev team and shall implement this feature in the upcoming releases.

    Hi Steve,

    We have added a CC field to every ticket in the latest version of WSDesk 1.6.2. Hope this can solve your requirement.
