    Hi

I installed the plugin and it works well with BuddyPress except site members who have registered via Twitter cannot change their email address or password under General Settings.

In order to change either their email address or password, it asks for their current password which these members don’t have (as they have registered via Twitter in 1 click).

They are left with a dummy email address such as [email protected] and no password so every time they login in future they have to use the Twitter sign in. If these users decide to close their Twitter account then they have no access to my site and all of their information on it.

    Can anything be done?

    Hi Henry,
Yes, this is a setting in the plugin and you can change it. Please follow the steps below:
    1. Navigate to “Social Login” section of “LoginRadius” page in your website admin panel.
    2. In “User Email Settings” block, select “YES, ask users to enter their email address in a pop-up” in “A few ID Providers do not supply users’ e-mail IDs as part of the user profile data they provide. Do you want to prompt users to provide their email IDs before completing registration process if it is not provided by the ID Provider?” option.
    3. Save Changes.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    LoginRadius team
