Change excerpt to full post in Genesis theme

The home page of this Genesis theme displays post excerpts, but I want it to show a larger excerpt or the whole thing. In WP, I know to change the_excerpt for the_content, but I can’t work out how to do this in Genesis. I’m using the start theme. The site is here.
