Change Existing Website to WordPress Site

I have an existing home page website hosted at Yahoo (https://www.jeansboutiqueandwigs.com. I also have a blog hosted by www.ads-software.com at https://jeansboutiqueandwigs.com/blog/ . I would like to shutdown the Yahoo hosted site and instead have the home page (www.jeansboutiqueandwigs.com) be a WordPress site. If I create a new WordPress blog/site, how can I transfer my URL registration from Yahoo to the new WordPress site? Many thanks in advance.
