• Hi, I would like to display featured images at their actual size in a single post, the images I’m using which I have imported as featured images from a previous site, are smaller than the width of the single page, which is fine when they’re displayed as they are. But the images are being stretched to meet the edges of the frame of a single page and thus look pixelated. Can you help me to change that, ideally for location post type. Thanks

  • Hello @kir-2012,

Please share a live URL from the issue.

The featured image on a single post is not a cropped version unless you have customization, likewise, on styles.

For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

If you have any custom CSS for this; For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:
1- Remove all customization CSS(usually in customizer > custom code > css).
2- add your customization one by one.
3- After adding each customization code, check your issue.

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation.

Note 2: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    Best Regards
