Hi, we currently have for example 1 dollar subscription fee.

We want to change that to 2 dollar. But don’t want to conflict this current subs.

Can we change this in the GrafityForm that is now active. Or do we need to create a new one?

    IN DUTCH.

The amount is stored per subscription. Therefore, if you want to change the amount only for new subscriptions, you can simply update the amount in the Gravity Forms form. This will leave current subscriptions unaffected.

Hi Reuel, thank you for the input.

One more question, some users already subscribed, but they know they have to pay 2 dollar, but is now active under 1 dollar. Can i change this as admin or in the database / mysql? If yes where do i need to change it.

Seems its possible in mollie. https://docs.mollie.com/reference/update-subscription

I hope you can assist me with this, so i don’t lose trust with these new clients by sending them an email they have resubscribe.

Unfortunately, Gravity Forms does not provide such functionality (like membership plugins do, which is supported by our plugin). We may add our own functionality for updating existing subscriptions started through Gravity Forms. If you want to have this functionality added with priority and are willing to contribute to the development costs, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss this further.

As a side note, we do not use the Subscriptions API from Mollie for subscriptions. The mentioned documentation from https://docs.mollie.com/reference/update-subscription is therefore irrelevant.
