    Hello @romeon

Thank you for sending in your question. I have also seen you ticket so I will remove the ticket and answer all your questions here in this support topic.

The feed you create with our feedmanager will have all the attributes started with g: so it is wierd that this is not the case in your feed.

I assume that you are not using our plugin. Could you please show me the xml feed url so we get that clear?

Hello and thanks. Yeah it’s your plugin. But maybe Ive done some wrong (but we’ve been using it for over a year and they just now said its not working properly).

At the title part, I’ve chosen “Product title” in the settings.

    Hi @romeon,

To my knowledge the g: is not required for the title and link attributes for RRS 2.0 feeds.

Although it is not stated very clearly, you can see it being used that way in the example part of this page: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160589?hl=en

And it is also mentioned here: https://help.synerise.com/developers/product-feed/

I now indeed see that we could use the g: in the title and link attributes so for the next update I will add them. But to my knowledge Google will accept the feed without the g: in the title and link.

If you realy need to have this change quickly, just let me know.

    Hi @romeon,

We updated our plugin to version 1.24.0. That version should include the change that adds g: to the title and link attributes.

I will close your topic then. Should you still encounter issues, don’t hesitate to reopen it again.

    Have a nice day.
