[NSFW] Change field names in Inbound Messages

Is it possible to rename field shown in the Inbound Message like this: https://prnt.sc/tSi11apxcphb

Tried this link if it will help https://contactform7.com/save-submitted-messages-with-flamingo/ but no example on how to rename other fields inside the submission, I can only change the subject.
