Sorry if this is a duplicated, been looking for this for a couple of hours now.

I’m working for a client in Latin America (I’m in Europe) and when adding their bank account details to WooCommerce payment methods, the typical European fields are displayed (IBAN, BIC, etc). However this client is only taking domestic orders, so I need to add some fields such as account type (savings, check), business id, email, etc.

Is there a way I can do this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Adding additional fields in the Direct Bank Transfer payment method settings would require further customizations that are a bit more complex. I’ll go ahead and leave this thread open for a while in case anyone else wants to chime in, but in the meantime, I can also recommend the following resources for more development-oriented questions:

    – WooCommerce Slack Community: https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/
    – Advanced WooCommerce group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/

    Cheers!
