change file directory

Hey guys,

in my case i need to change the directory where the files are stored. My Hosting Provider (raidboxes) wont let me create the jobs-dir directory above the directory which contains the wp-config file.

I need to store the files outside the wp media for dsgvo reasons in germany.

I didnt found the line in the source code where i can change the directory to save the files. Any Tipps?
