Change File Name

  • So how can you change the name of the wordpress file.

    I have it already activated and designed my way.

    Can I just deactivate the theme and then change the file name /wp-content/themes/—CHange File Name—/—-CHange File Name–/style.css”

    And then reactivate it and it will be ok?

  • Yes. But it will still have the same name in your backend.
    If you want to change the name of the THEME, you will have to change the name at the top of your style.css
