Change font and size of headings

Hello, I am sure this question has been asked and answered before, but I cannot find it on the forum. I am running the Sydney theme. I am trying to go through and update my site since I haven’t done it in over a year. The headings on the pages, not the title but the links that take you to the different pages, are very small and in the default font. I would like them to be in Georgia or something that looks like it. Unfortunately, when I go to Appearance>Customize>Typography>Headings and select a font family, it changes the title that I want to remain the same instead of the headings. Can someone please help? Warning: I am definitely not a developer, so be kind and give step by step instructions!
