Change font in bottom header menu

Hi every one, i have the costum community theme, and i want to change the font and the size of the menu behind the header.

Apparently in theme settings, that’s impossible, but i cannot modify css either, because in this theme style css is almost blank, with the only indication to add modified css in the css section of theme settings. But that way i don’t know what to modify, help!!
