Change font size for secondary menu

If your theme doesn’t have the option to enter custom CSS, you can either create a child theme and make your changes in the child theme stylesheet or install a plugin that allows you to enter custom css changes. Something like one of these should do the trick:

I had installed the simple custom css plug in earlier tonight.

Tried adding this:

menu-secondary {
font-size: 20px;
}

No affect at all

When I add code to change padding, it works fine but nothing I seem to do affects the font at all.

Any ideas?
