Change Font Style Please

Hi guys !!!

I don′t like the actual Category font style (color, size, hover decoration) of my site. So I would like to change it just the way the main header menu.
I would also like to remove the item count and the yellow background on it

I would appreciate any CSS code to add it to the CSS section.
