Change fonts and colours / Languages

Hi there,

1) I′d like to change fonts and colours at frontend (form, faq etc.) I only found settings for e-mail etc.

I have seen your support page and come to know you have inserted shortcode incorrectly. Please remove small, code html elements wrapping the shortcode. All, font related issues will be fixed.

2) Our website is bi-lingual (German and English). How could I handle the support also in these two languages?

If you have translations available for those in lang folder, it will automatically choose language on your site. But the emails will be in same language as per your customized templates.
Wordpress has changed order of loading language files, so for now we are working on this fix.

Workaround for your language files:

Yo can copy language files from /wp-content/plugins/wp-support-plus-responsive-ticket-system/lang into /wp-content/languages/plugins
